He holds a Law degree -Honors Diploma- from Universidad de Buenos Aires and is specialized in Tax Law and Business Law. His practice focuses in Tax matters, with broad experience in tax litigation at national, provincial and municipal level, as well as tax planning at national and international level.

Prior to joining NTMA as off-counsel he was a partner at Cerolini & Ferrari (2019-2021), he was also a partner at the Tax Department of Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (2006-2019), and also worked at the Argentine National Tax Court (2004-2006), at the Argentine Ministry of Economy (2001-2004) and at Piatigorsky & Asociados (1998-2001).

Javier is a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies (Asociación Argentina de Estudios Fiscales) and the Buenos Aires Bar Association (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal).
