Juan obtained his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Argentina in 2003 and a Master's Degree in Commercial Law from the same university.

His professional career was developed in important law firms in the City of Buenos Aires, as well as in the legal management of multinational companies.

Juan specializes in general corporate law, including corporate transactions, conflict resolution, and complex litigation. He participated in different cross-border transactions as well as in arbitration disputes within the framework of the AAA (American Arbitration Association) and corporate disputes in the Courts of Equity (Court of Chancery) in the State of Delaware, USA.

As of 2020, he is a partner in Naveira, Truffat, Martínez Abogados.
