Oscar received his law degree (JD equivalent) from the Universidad del Salvador. He began his career in the private activity and was in charge of the legal management of the Argentine Society of Music Authors and Composers (SADAIC). He was a director of companies in the financial sector and served in public office as 1st Vice President of the National Bank of Argentina, being appointed member of the board of directors of many of the National Bank of Argentina’s companies and representing the bank before the Latin American Federation of Banks (FELABAN). He was a member of and chaired money laundering control and prevention committees. He participated in mergers and spin-offs of financial entities. In 2007 he founded Ferrari Abogados and is an external lawyer for Seguro de Depositos S.A. As of 2020, he joined -together with his team- as a partner in NTMA.
