Dolores obtained a law degree with an orientation in Business Law at the University of Belgrano in 1998. She has participated in various specialized courses, conferences and seminars on matters of Negotiation, Labor Law and Labor Risks.

Since 2002 she was part of Fargosi ​​& Asociados law firm, where she actively participated in international arbitrations with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and was in charge of the Labor Law and Labor Risks department, until the year 2011 in which she joined NTMDALL to funds and lead its Labor Law department. At NTMDALL Abogados she provided comprehensive advice to individuals and local and multinational companies in labor matters, human resources, litigation, business restructuring processes, collective bargaining, individual and union conflicts, transfers of personnel, closure of establishments and administrative proceedings in the orbit of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security.

As of 2020, she is a partner at Naveira, Truffat, Martínez Abogados.
