History In 1996, Gustavo Naveira, Daniel Truffat, and Oscar Martínez joined forces to establish a law firm committed to excellence — a vision that endures today, upheld by the distinguished careers and proven track records of its members, each with over 25 years of professional experience. Since January 2020, Drs. Oscar P. Ferrari and Rafael Mallo — both with extensive experience in complex civil and commercial litigation — have joined as partners, in line with the firm's ongoing commitment to excellence and client service. In 2021, Agustín Ferrari joined the firm as a partner, strengthening its Corporate and M&A practice with extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions. In 2025, Hernán Alal joined as a partner, further expanding the firm's M&A capabilities with a strong track record in transactional work. Together with Valentín Martínez and Felipe Martínez — partners since 2019, specialized in litigation and insolvency — they represent the firm's next generation of leadership and play a key role in its continued growth. Over the past two decades, NTMA has played a leading role in major debt restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy proceedings, representing both local and international debtors as well as trustees.
