Agustin Ferrari

Agustin Ferrari has been a partner in the Corporate Law, M&A and Banking department since 2021.

Between 2018 and 2021 he served as an associate at Mayer Brown LLP (New York).

He specializes in corporate law, with particular expertise in general corporate advisory, M&A, local and cross-border private equity and venture capital transactions, project finance, local and international banking and capital markets transactions, advising companies in various sectors of the economy such as technology, financial, energy, and others.

He has participated in numerous complex negotiations related to acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, start-up development, financing rounds and new businesses.

Prior to joining the Firm he was an associate at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi.

He graduated from Di Tella University School of Law (2012).

In 2018 he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University Law School in New York (graduated with honors - Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar).

Agustin Ferrari was president of the Columbia Latin American Business Law Association, Columbia University Law School, 2017-2018.

Mr. Ferrari is qualified both in New York and Buenos Aires.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
