Matias Anchordoqui is an attorney specialized in caproate law, with a law degree from Universidad Católica Argentina, and Master’s in corporate law from Instituto Superior de Economía y Derecho, Spain, as well as an LL.M. from Columbia Law School.

He’s main focus is cross-border M&A, banking and credit and capital markets. Prior to joining NTMA as off-counsel, Matias was an associate at top-tier law firms in Spain and the United States, specifically, J&A Garrigues S.L.P. y Simpson Thacher and Bartlett LLP, respectively. In addition, Matias was a Senior Legal Counsel at Spotify and Dufry Group, where he was the lead in-house counsel for the business development teams and corporate/M&A._

Matias is admitted to practice in the State of New York, Spain and Argentina.
