Agustín Ferrari has been a partner at NTMA since 2021. He is the head of the Corporate Law and M&A Department. Agustín provides general day-to-day corporate law advice and has developed a strong practice in Argentina in complex corporate deals, involving assets and clients at the crossroads of restructuring and M&A processes. He previously worked at Mayer Brown LLP in New York (2018–2021) and at Estudio Bruchou Fernández Madero & Lombardi (2013-2017). Agustín is admitted to practice law in Argentina and New York. Agustín holds a law degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (2012) and an LL.M., with honors, from Columbia Law School (2018). He is the Director of the Law and Startups postgraduate course at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He is currently Argentina’s National Representative for the IBA Young Lawyers’ Committee and has been recognized by Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 for his work.
