Astrid Nottebohm joined the Corporate Law and M&A Department at NTMA in 2021. Her practice focuses on comprehensive legal counsel to companies across a variety of industries, including transactional work —representing both buyers and sellers— as well as corporate planning and structuring. She also provides day-to-day legal support to businesses and works fluently in both Spanish and English. She earned her law degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2021, where she also served as a teaching assistant in Fundamentals of Private Law (2021 and 2022) and Obligations (2021). She has completed postgraduate programs in Advanced Practice in Mergers & Acquisitions (2021), Capital Markets and Corporate Finance (2023), and Law & Startups (2024), all at the same institution. Astrid currently serves as the Pro Bono practice Coordinator at the firm. She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
