Cloé Escher joined NTMA as an Associate in 2023 in the Labor Law Department. She specializes in providing comprehensive legal counsel to both individuals and corporate entities in matters related to labor law. This includes representing clients in judicial proceedings across all stages of litigation, as well as in out-of-court disputes, and offering advisory services focused on strategies for crisis and/or conflict prevention. Cloé has prior experience in the Human Resources department of a distribution company based in the Province of Buenos Aires, where she was responsible for developing workplace regulations and internal policies, implementing recruitment strategies, and overseeing compliance with labor laws. She earned her law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 2021 and has been a member of both the Buenos Aires City Bar Association and the Quilmes Bar Association (Province of Buenos Aires) since 2023.
