Felipe B. Martínez has been a partner at Naveira, Truffat, Martínez Abogados since 2019. His practice focuses on commercial law, with significant experience in complex litigation, bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings, representing both debtors and Class A receivers and debt restructuring. He began his career at NTMDALL, where he joined the Litigation and Arbitration departments, working mainly on insolvency-related matters. Felipe obtained his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) in 2014 and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Economic Business Law at the same institution.
