Gustavo Naveira is a co-founder of Naveira, Truffat & Asociados (1994), NTMDALL (2006), and Naveira, Truffat, Martínez Abogados (2019), where he has played a key role in complex litigation, arbitration, corporate conflicts, and insolvency proceedings. He earned his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and began his career in the commercial courts of Buenos Aires, concluding in 1986 as a judge of Chamber B of the National Commercial Court of Appeals. Between 1997 and 1999, he served as Undersecretary of Justice and later as Secretary of Technical and Legislative Affairs at the Ministry of Justice, where he promoted several laws and participated in legislative commissions. He is the author of numerous publications and a recognized expert in Argentine law, with extensive experience as an expert witness in litigation and arbitrations under U.S. jurisdiction.
