Hernán joined NTMA in 2025 as a partner of the Corporate/M&A Department. His practice focuses on corporate law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate transactions, and joint ventures, advising both local and international clients across a wide range of industries.

Before joining NTMA, Hernán developed his practice at leading law firms in Argentina —including Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, where he practiced between 2017 and 2025— and served as an international associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York, United States (2023–2024), and at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho e Marrey Jr. in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (2019–2020).

He holds a law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2013) and obtained an LL.M. with a focus on business law from Penn State University (2017).
