Javier Malamud is of counsel to NTMA since 2021. He specializes in tax law, with an extensive experience both in the public sector and in leading law firms. Javier worked at the Legal Department of the National Economy Ministry, the Industry and Commerce Ministry, and the National Tax Court (2004-2006). He worked as associate and made partner at Bruchou Fernández Madero & Lombardi Law Firm (2006-2019) and then became partner of the tax department of Cerolini & Ferrari. In 2021 he founded the law firm Malamud & Asociados. He graduated with Honors from the University of Buenos Aires, where he also completed specializations in Tax Law and Business Law. He obtained a Master's Degree in Tax Law at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He is a professor of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, and has been recognized by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 in his practice.
