Jorgelina Sosa joined NTMA’s Labor Law Department as an associate in 2023. Her responsibility is to provide comprehensive legal advice to individuals and legal entities in labour matters, including the design of preventive and defensive strategies against industrial disputes, with an approach oriented towards efficiency and risk mitigation, intervening at all stages of the administrative and judicial processes. Jorgelina graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) in 2020. Prior to joining NTMA, she worked at two prestigious law firms, where she served as a litigator in labor matters, more specifically in the area of ART conflicts (on-the-job accidents and/or occupational diseases), consolidating her expertise in the defense of business interests as well as individuals'. She has been a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and of the Bar Association of Morón (Province of Buenos Aires) since 2022.
