Juan Bossi has been an associate at NTMA since its founding in 2019 and is head of the Corporate Law practice. He specializes in corporate and business law, and has participated in significant M&A transactions, legal due diligence processes, the structuring of investment vehicles, resolution of shareholder disputes, and comprehensive legal advice on all matters related to business operations. He earned his law degree from Universidad del Salvador in 2018. He began his professional career as a paralegal, working alongside top-tier lawyers and law firms across various areas of law. Juan is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
