Justo Pinedo joined the Corporate Law and M&A of NTMA team in July, 2024. He assists in share and asset purchase transactions. He also provides legal support to companies in their day-to-day operations, contributing to the legal advice of their corporate structure and ongoing legal needs. Justo holds a law degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella where he also acts as an assitant professor in the Constitutional Law II course.
