María Guadalupe Borrello specializes in Labor Law. She has extensive experience advising both national and multinational companies on labor relations and union negotiations, with a strategic focus on risk prevention and mitigation. In addition to her legal practice, Guadalupe brings expertise in Human Resources, having served as an HRBP at multinational corporations. In this role, she managed complex terminations, internal investigations and union negotiations, while providing guidance to leaders on labor compliance. Prior to joining NTMA, she worked at leading law firms in Argentina, including M&M Bomchil, Baker McKenzie and Hope, Duggan & Silva. Guadalupe earned her Law Degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2011), where she also completed a Post-Graduate Specialization in Labor Law (2016). She also holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the Universidad de San Andrés (2021).
