María José Esteban Chiocconi joined as an Associate in the Corporate Law and M&A Department of NTMA since February 2026. She participates in merger and acquisition transactions, including share purchase processes and asset transfers. She also provides comprehensive legal counsel to companies in the development of their business activities, collaborating on matters of corporate law, corporate governance, and legal inquiries related to their day-to-day operations.

She earned her law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 2024. María José has completed a postgraduate program in Corporate Law. She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
