Oscar A. Martínez is the managing partner of NTMA. He has developed an expertise in corporate law advisory and complex litigation of both national and foreign companies (mainly in the areas of acquisitions, complex contracts, corporate conflicts, corporate structure reorganizations, bankruptcy, extrajudicial preventive agreements, trusts, etc.). He began his career in 1984 as a law clerk in the commercial courts of Buenos Aires, then joined Zaefferer Silva law firm in 1986 and was named partner in 1990. In 1998 he joined Naveira, Truffat & Asociados law firm. In 2006 he was one of the founding partners of NTMDALL, and was appointed managing partner of such firm since its foundation until 2019, when he re-founded Naveira, Truffat, Martínez Abogados law firm together with Gustavo Naveira and Daniel Truffat. He obtained his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 1988.
