Oscar P. Ferrari has been a partner at Naveira, Truffat, Martínez Abogados since 2020. He has undisputed expertise in bankruptcy and litigation, with a distinguished trajectory advising financial institutions and participating in high-stakes corporate matters. He began his career in the private sector and later served as Legal Manager of the Argentine Society of Music Authors and Composers (SADAIC). He was a board member of several companies in the financial sector and held public office as First Vice President of Banco de la Nación Argentina, representing the institution before FELABAN and on the boards of its affiliate companies. He also chaired committees on anti-money laundering compliance. In 2007, he founded Ferrari Abogados and acted as external counsel for Seguro de Depósitos S.A. In 2020, he joined NTMA with his team. Oscar holds a law degree from Universidad del Salvador and currently serves as Board Member and Vice President of Agua y Saneamientos Argentinos S.A. (AySA).
