Rafael Mallo has been a partner at Naveira, Truffat, Martínez Abogados since 2020. He specializes in commercial and civil law, with a focus on advising companies, agribusiness producers, and family businesses across restructuring, insolvency, banking, and capital markets matters. He began his career as a business advisor and litigator in La Plata and was a law professor at the National and Catholic Universities of La Plata. In 2008, he moved his practice to Buenos Aires and became a partner at Ferrari Abogados. Rafael holds a law degree from the National University of La Plata (1987) and a Master’s in Agribusiness from the University of Buenos Aires (2019).
