Rodrigo Vera joined NTMA as a Paralegal in the Corporate Law Department in May 2026.

Previously, he worked as an Intern in the Sanctions Management Department at the Buenos Aires City Lottery (LOTBA).

In his current role, he assists in the drafting and management of filings before the General Inspection of Justice (IGJ), the National Securities Commission (CNV), and other regulatory and oversight bodies. He participates in share purchase transactions, asset transfers, and various corporate deals, complementing his practice with legal research and analysis.

He is currently completing his final year of law school at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, where he was awarded a full scholarship for his undergraduate studies.
