Valentín Martínez has been a partner at NTMA since 2019. He joined the firm in 2013 as part of NTMDALL. His practice focuses on insolvency, corporate, and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on advising companies in complex scenarios, including restructuring processes, commercial litigation, and shareholder disputes. He has experience representing companies, receivers, and creditors in both judicial and out-of-court proceedings, and is regularly involved in structuring and designing legal strategies for crisis situations or high-conflict environments. His approach combines technical expertise with a strong focus on business continuity and long-term sustainability. Valentín earned his law degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2013, holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Universidad de San Andrés (2017), and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Civil Law at Universidad Austral. In the academic field, he serves as an adjunct professor of Bankruptcy Law at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and has previously taught Corporate Law as an adjunct professor at the University of Buenos Aires.
