Valentina Lescano joined NTMA in 2026 as a member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency Department.

Her practice focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice to companies and individuals in commercial law matters, with a particular emphasis on insolvency and restructuring proceedings. She is involved in the analysis and resolution of complex disputes, the development of litigation strategies, and the management of judicial proceedings related to private law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the litigation department of a multinational company, where she was involved in the management and supervision of consumer law disputes across multiple jurisdictions throughout Argentina.

Valentina holds a Law degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (2025), where she was awarded a merit-based academic scholarship. She is fluent in English and has an intermediate command of Italian.
